Management PhD. Candidate

I am a 4th year PhD. student at The University of Mississippi in Oxford, MS. Currently, I am working on my dissertation investigating the interaction of implicit and explicit aggressive personality for the supervisor and the subordinate in the perception of abusive supervision. I hope to propose my dissertation November 2019 and defend my dissertation by June of 2020. I am also working on a few other projects including testing faking detection for the conditional reasoning test for creativity as well as a joint project with several different CRT measures with researchers at Penn State.

Before beginning my PhD., I worked in the automotive industry for 7 years as a Quality Engineer, Fixed Asset Accountant, and a corporate efficiency auditor for Quality, Cost, and Delivery. While working, I obtained my MBA from The University of North Alabama. I received my undergraduate degree in political science and history from Ashland University in Ashland, OH.
